Your Consumer Rights

Farb-Gel-Spray is a perishable good. You can expect a shelf-life of approximately 2.5 - 3 years with the expiry date printed on the underside of the tin. You are entitled to return/refund requests if the item arrives damaged. You have 30-days from receiving your order to report an issue. 

 

Reporting Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
