Current dispatch time: 1 working day.

Delivery aim: 2-4 working days from dispatch.

In cases where delivery has not been made 10 working days after the estimated delivery date, this may mean that the courier has lost the parcel. If the parcel has been lost you are entitled to ask for either a full refund or for a re-delivery.
